When do I receive rent?
Payments to owners are processed around the 8th of the month. Disbursements are made by check or ACH direct deposit into the ownersโ accounts and statements issued the same day.
What if thereโs an emergency?
A property manager is always on call for emergencies. We have an extensive network of maintenance vendors and subcontractors to handle any emergency on your property, day or night. We are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
