About Us

A Vallejo resident since 1984, Derrick joined Krystle Properties in 2004, transitioning from part-time to full-time in the family business. In 2008, he, along with his sister Krystle, acquired the business from their mother.

Derrick, a theatre enthusiast with two dozen full productions and nearly two hundred improv performances, is also affiliated with The Rotary Club of Vallejo. Known for his die-hard optimism, friendly demeanor, tech-savviness, and proactive attitude, Derrick is a valuable member of the Krystle Properties team.

Derrick has been an active member of the community and is currently a proud member of the Vallejo Rotary Club; he served as the club president for the 2016-2017 year. Previously, Derrick was a member of the Active 20-30 Club of US & Canada, having served as the charter president for the Vallejo Club and having served on the national board of directors. Derrick has also served on the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce board of directors from 2018 to the present and served as the Treasurer between 2020-2022.Derrick currently lives in the city of Benicia with his wife Lindsay and their two sons Malcolm and Marcus.

Krystle, a seasoned industry professional since 1994, holds a Business Degree from CSU Monterey Bay (2005) and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent since graduation. In 2008, she assumed the role of Broker and CEO at Krystle Properties. Recognizing client needs, she seamlessly integrated Real Estate into their services.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, Krystle is a go-getter with a passion for helping others. She attended St. Basil’s, St.-Patrick’s St. Vincent’s, and Benicia High School. As a mom of two who loves golf, she brings a personable touch to every transaction, ensuring clients feel educated and at ease.

Elisa is a San Francisco native who has been a valuable member of our company since 2008. Elisa started as our bookkeeper, and her tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have resulted in her appointment as our VP of Operations in 2022. When she’s not skillfully leading our team, Elisa loves to embark on thrilling motorcycle rides and explore new destinations with her husband.

Kathy has been a licensed Realtor since February of 1980. She has managed two large real estate offices over the years.

Kathy was born and raised in Vallejo; she married a Bechtel engineer and traveled around the world for 20 years. Her first love has always been real estate and she is proud to be a part of the Krystle team.

Kathy is committed to the city of Vallejo, including the development of our waterfront and the refurbishing of the downtown area.

Renee is San Francisco Native but a Vallejoan at heart. She has lived here off and on for over 30 years, mostly on, even raised her babies in Vallejo.

She is a married mom of three amazing children; looking forward to grandchildren.

Renee has a fun personality who looks forward to new life adventures. She can’t wait for what her exciting future holds.

Sandra was born and raised in Europe, Czech Republic. She moved to the US in 2013, has lived in Vallejo since 2016.

She is happily married to Eric Mitchell, owner and Shun Shifu of The School of Chinese Martial Arts in Vallejo.

Sandra is also a Martial Arts instructor who enjoys practicing and teach Martial Arts mostly to children.

Sandra earned her Real Estate license in 2019 and joined the KPM team in March 2022!

Kelly grew up in Vallejo and graduated from Hogan High School. She initially joined our team as an inspector in 2015 but left after a few years to become a daycare provider and full-time mom.

After closing her daycare in 2022, Kelly returned to Krystle Properties and has since advanced to become the Property Manager for Team Gold. In 2024, she obtained her Real Estate License and is eager to continue learning from the best in property management and real estate in Solano County.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their amazing two daughters.

Diego was born in San Francisco and raised in Vallejo and has lived in Vallejo for most of his life.

A recent addition to the team, as a leasing associate, Diego is excited to begin his journey in Real Estate.

In his spare time, he enjoys bodybuilding, coffee, and traveling.

Jenna was born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo. She became an RDA 2013 but have been in the dental field for 12 years before working for KPM.

She has two beautiful children. She and her family live the volleyball life. Her daughter plays club volleyball and little brother is her biggest fan.

During Jenna’s own time she loves crafting and enjoys customizing attire and sewing. She is currently taking classes to become a Lactation Consultant – love to help other parents during those times.

Highly skilled profesional, with lots of experience in the maintenance area. Holds a degree in Architecture. Currently living in Chihuahua, Mexico. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family. Loves to play basketball and exercise.

Diana is a social person. She enjoys being in shape through exercise, and she also likes to relax by taking walks on the beach and going out with her friends.

Shaniqua, a highly skilled professional hailing from Kingston, Jamaica. With her impressive background in Customer Service and Administrative Support, she attended the renowned Vocational Training Development Institute. Since joining our team at Krystle Properties in 2023, Shaniqua has been a remote worker who has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team.

With 15 years of property management experience in the Bay Area and Sacramento, Erika excels in overseeing properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations. Erika is dedicated to excellence and passionate about creating positive living environments.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys creative hobbies like candle making and baking. She loves experimenting with recipes and sharing them with friends. Spending time with friends and family is important to her. Her favorite colors, pink and purple, reflect her vibrant personality.

Kim was born and raised in Vallejo, and she spent the past 30 years working as a banker in Solano County. During that time, she also managed to raise three children. Nowadays, Kim calls Benicia home, and her free time is occupied by her large family: four grandchildren!

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have deep roots in Fairfield and a journey that has taken me from Honolulu to San Francisco before settling in Vallejo’s St. Vincent’s Hill Historical District, where I owned a charming Queen Anne home for two decades. My love for historical architecture, particularly homes with breathtaking views of our waterways, hills, and bays, has been a constant in my life. I even enjoyed a second home on Maui, steps from the Pacific Ocean, for three wonderful years.

Today, I reside in beautiful downtown Benicia, nestled beside the Marina, where the stunning surroundings continue to inspire me.
