You’ve heard about the benefits to enrollment in this program before. Let’s review what is available to our residents and talk about the latest inclusion, which we’re really excited to share.
Krystle Properties Resident Benefits Package
What does our Resident Benefits Package include? Here’s a quick synopsis:
- Our benefits package starts with the air filter delivery service. If you have multiple air filters needed for your home, this program includes all of them. You’ll get a delivery of filters every six months. You can expect to receive the exact size to fit the needs of your home.
- We also have the identification protection benefit, which provides $ 1 million of coverage. This will protect you against any identity theft. If something happens, you simply report it through our program, and you’ll get relief and support. In this day and age, with so much digital theft, it’s a great protection to have.
- There’s also the rewards program. It’s a simple program that allows you to build up points for certain actions. For example, if you pay rent by the first of the month, you earn 20 points. If you pay on time for a few consecutive months, you get additional points. You collect blocks of points and then redeem those points for rewards, such as gift cards.
- Residents can access our credit building program with our Resident Benefits Package. A lot of companies do this, but as we found, it’s sometimes limited. Our former credit building program only reported to Experian. With our Resident Benefits Package, the credit building program reports to all three credit reporting agencies. We don’t report the negative; only the positive. You can use this benefit to build up some credit.
- Renters insurance is another benefit to this package. If you have an insurer that you already work with, you can stick with them and we’ll reduce the cost of your enrollment in this benefits package. It’s not a requirement that you get your insurance through us. But, it’s available, and if you un-enroll with your current insurer, you’ll automatically be added to our program. Renters insurance is so essential, and we’re happy to have that as part of our package.
These are the benefits that our residents have enjoyed, and we’re thrilled we can continue to provide them.
Introducing Homebuyer Help
There’s something new in the Resident Benefits Package, and it’s a homebuyer program. You may not know this, but at Krystle Properties, we have sales agents on staff. They can work with you if you’re transitioning from renter to homeowner. Work with one of our agents to buy a home, and as part of our Resident Benefits Package, we’ll contribute to closing costs. You earn $20 a month towards this program for every month that you’re enrolled. So, if you’re ready to buy a home and you work with one of our agents after renting from us for four years, we’ll put $20 for 48 months towards your closing costs. That’s $960. We’re excited about this program. We’ve been talking about it for quite some time, and we know our residents want it. Finally, we’ve formulated that plan and it’s ready for you: $20 per month for every month you’re enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package.
